Corradina is dedicated to creating cuisine, with preparation, commitment and passion, at breakfast, lunch and dinner. She fulfils the desires and culinary needs of individual guests with a friendly and warm approach. Her recipes are based on the cycle of the seasons, respecting the Tuscan and Mediterranean tradition of home cooking and reinterpreting it with passion and technical preparation.
The restaurant menu varies daily, ranging from Tuscan appetisers to traditional dishes, including Tuscan vegetable soups, game dishes, local meats and homemade desserts. Corradina pays particular attention to freshness, respecting each ingredient and its careful preparation. The dishes are paired with carefully selected good-quality Tuscan wines.
The simple and natural zero-km ingredients are sourced with the help of a network of small local suppliers: seasonal fruit and vegetables, game from our reserve, artisanal and controlled dairy products.
Open for breakfast in the morning, and by reservation for lunch and dinner, we welcome you into our bright dining room with typical Tuscan furnishing, or on the large panoramic terrace.
