Hunt in the reserve, stay at the agritourism, dine at the restaurant

The S. Ippolito Hunting Reserve stretches along the Alta Val di Cecina, in the Municipality of Pomarance, near Volterra, in a naturalistic and highly prestigious panoramic context: 500 hectares of forest bordering the state-owned Monterufoli oasis, where numerous wild boars are bred and live in the wild and where our hunting expeditions take place.

Our numerous guests who enjoy hunting can arrive on Friday, staying overnight and enjoying dinner at the Relais Guado Al Sole agritourism’s restaurant. Early on Saturday morning, while enjoying breakfast at the shack, we organise the expedition with the extraction and allocation of posts. Then the hunt begins, lasting until 2 pm when lunch is served at the agritourism’s restaurant. On Sundays, a new day of hunting will be organised in the same way.

For those who love a very satisfying hunt, hunting trips are organised in enclosures of 25 and 40 hectares, with each participant guaranteed to take a shot.

Each hunting expedition includes a hunter’s typical and abundant breakfast. Boar meat can be purchased at the end of the hunt.
